i've met certain people who work(ed) in PMS and wala naman silang ganung air pagnagpapakilala sa phone eh... paanu na lang if magkakaroon na talaga siya ng mataas ng posisyon? sasabihin niya bang...

the thing is the government is so into microfinance... pero why can't the government generate the kind of data MR. SAN JUAN is looking? or maybe he is not searching pretty well... ahmm PCFC? NSCB???? hmmmm!
